We had the best of times.
So I had the horrible idea to rewatch Donna’s final episodes (as well River’s). And can I just say, as I finish drying the tears, The Doctor is rubbish at knowing his companions.
He gets River stuck in a sunshine filled homey-dovey peaceful computer generated dullness taking care of three kids, two of which are fake, for all eternity.
And he gives Donna Noble MONEY. Really?
River taking care of children and money making Donna happy???
